A resident of Yoshkar-Ola was fined for distributing a banned song by the group “Kolovrat”

November 21, 2012 Magistrate of court district No. 11 the city of Yoshkar-Ola of the Republic of Mari El considered an administrative case under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (dissemination of extremist materials).

In the dock was a local resident, whom was accused of publishing on the VKontakte network the song "Honor and Blood" by the Russian Banner group. Recall that this song, performed by the neo-Nazi group "Kolovrat", was recognized as extremist by the decision of the Kominternovsky district court of the city Voronezh on February 16 this year and is already included in the Federal List extremist materials (p. 1223).

The court found the young man guilty and fined him 3 thousand rubles.
