Rostov-on-Don: the terms of detention have been extended for those accused of attempting to blow up the building of the Federal Migration Service

In December 2012, the court extended for three months the terms of detention of three defendants in a criminal case of an attempt to arrange an explosion near the building of the Federal Migration Service of Russia for the Rostov Region in the city of Rostov-on-Don.

Recall that 31-year-old Dmitry Fedorushkin, 22-year-old Alexander Svetlitsky and 29-year-old Pavel Efremov are on the bench. According to the court decision, young people will stay behind bars until April 10, 2013.
They are charged with Part 3 of Art. 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal transportation of explosive devices), part 3 of Art. 30, p. "b" part 3 of Art. 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempt to commit a terrorist act). D. Fedorushkin and A. Svetlitsky are also charged under Part 3 of Art. 223 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal manufacture of an explosive device), and D. Fedorushkin - also under Part 2 of Art. 282.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (participation in an extremist community).
