Suspects of committing a racist murder of a native of Uzbekistan were arrested in Tula

On December 3, 2012, the Zarechensky District Court of the city of Tula chose for three detained young people - A. Gordeev, and minors Kh. and N., suspected of committing the murder of a citizen of Uzbekistan, a measure of restraint in the form of detention.

Recall that a 36-year-old citizen of Uzbekistan was killed on November 27 this year. The attackers beat him to death with baseball bats.

Detained in hot pursuit, young people are charged with paragraph "g", "l" part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder committed by a group of persons, motivated by national hatred).

In January 2013, the detention period for young people was extended until 1 April.
