On December 7, 2012, it became known that the investigation into the illegal construction of Kazan “faizrakhmanists” had been completed.
During the investigation, it turned out that all the buildings on the site belonging to the Muslim community are legal, and “ the dungeon where the sectarians live is not a permanent structure by law, so no one has the right to liquidate it .”
It was previously reported that only one of the buildings built by the community on a plot of 7 acres is legal, the rest are illegal.
Let us recall that in August 2012, searches were carried out in the community as part of the investigation into the case of an attempt on the life of the Mufti of Tatarstan. The head of the community, Fayzrakhman Sattarov, was issued a warning to prevent extremist activities, and criminal cases were initiated against him and three other members of the community.
