A program for frosty peacocks is being prepared in the Astrakhan region

On December 5, 2012, at a meeting of the ethno-confessional council of the Astrakhan region, Governor Alexander Zhilkin proposed adopting a program that would allow parents to be held accountable for extremist statements and actions of children.
