Neo-Nazi drug addict detained in Chelyabinsk

In December 2012, a criminal case was initiated in Chelyabinsk case under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national hatred).

The case was initiated against a 21-year-old young man, who is suspected of creating a neo-Nazi group on a social network, in which he placed " calls, aimed at inciting hatred on national and religious grounds. On the main page of the group, the young man posted photographs of symbols of the Nazi Germany and provided them with appropriate comments .

It is reported that during the detention of a young man in pocket was found about a gram of a certain narcotic substance. During the search the apartment of the suspect, the police also found drugs, but already in especially large size. The issue of excitation against a young man is being decided cases under part 2 of article 228 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal acquisition and possession of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances).
