In December 2012, the Solntsevsky District Court of Moscow recognized as extremist materials the books of Alfred Rosenberg "The Myth of the 20th Century", "Memoirs" and the book of Viktor Pranov "The Law of Survival of the Worst". The decisions of the court entered into force and were sent to Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.
The books were found on sale by the Solntsevskaya inter-district prosecutor's office in Moscow. As established by a psychological and linguistic study, the books " contain negative information about the actions of representatives of individual races, as well as statements that deal with the advantage of one person or group of people over other people on the grounds of race, justifying or justifying illegal activities in relation to the group persons united on the basis of race, statements of an inciting nature calling for hostile actions of one group of persons in relation to another group of persons united on the basis of a racial or national group .
Recall that Alfred Rosenberg was one of the most influential members of the National Socialist German Workers' Party (NSDAP) and its ideologist, and " works leaders of the National Socialist Workers' Party of Germany, the fascist party Italy" are expressly prohibited for publication and mass distribution" (part 3 of article 1 of the Federal Law "On countering extremist activity"). Therefore, the decision of the Solntsevsky Court of Moscow is simply meaningless.
Pranov's book "The Law of Survival of the Worst" has the subtitle "the history of obscurantism in Russia" and, as the annotation says, analyzes the " Jewish question " in a clearly negative context (the titles of the chapters are "Tell me who your God is"; "Aryan Orthodoxy"; " Empire of Evil).
