In Nizhny Novgorod, an investigation into the case of publishing xenophobic materials on the VKontakte network has been completed.

In December 2012, Nizhny Novgorod completed investigation of the case of inciting ethnic hatred (Part 1, Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

A 22-year-old local resident will soon be in the dock, whom accused of posting on his page on the social network VKontakte posts insulting and calling for violence against Jews and natives from Africa, Central and Southeast Asia, the North Caucasus.

Unfortunately, it was not reported which recordings in question.

The case has already been transferred to the Prioksky District Court of Nizhny Novgorod for consideration on the merits.
