On December 25, 2012, it became known that the Arsenievsky City Court (Primorsky Territory), having considered the claim of the city prosecutor's office, recognized as extremist three books confiscated during a search from the Muslim community.
The verdict did not enter into force.
According to the prosecutor's office of Primorsky Krai, these are "Cleansing the heart and body from the filth of polytheism and unbelief", "Mukhtasar Ilimi-Khal. Introduction to Islam" and "Culture of behavior in Islam." In all likelihood, this refers to the books of Ahmad ibn Khajaar Alu Butami "Cleansing the heart and body from the dirt of polytheism and disbelief" (B.M.: ID Maktabat-l-Ilmi, 2009), Musa Kazym Gyulchur "Culture of behavior in Islam" ( M.: Novy Svet, 2008) and the book "Mukhtasar ilmi-khal" ("Introduction to Islam").
It should be noted that "Mukhtasar ilmi-khal" has already been banned by the decision of the Leninsky District Court of Orenburg and included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials, in our opinion, illegally .
As for the rest of the books, "Culture of Conduct in Islam" tells about the rules of Muslim etiquette, and "Cleansing the heart and body from the dirt of polytheism and unbelief" is devoted to explaining the meaning and meaning of the ritual side of Islam. Actually, Elena Telegina, Senior Assistant Prosecutor of the Primorsky Territory, also confirmed this, stating that the books recognized as extremist are catechetical pamphlets.
As far as we can tell, these books do not contain signs of extremism and are illegally banned.
