New warnings from Roskomnadzdor

In December 2012, it became known that the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technologies and Mass Communications (Roskomnadzor) issued a warning to the following editors:

• editors of the newspaper "MiyakInform" for distributing prohibited articles by R.S. Habibov “Submission of a Muslim to the orders of Allah” in No. 34 (85) dated September 25, 2010 and No. 37 (88) dated October 16, 2010.

Apparently, we are talking about two Islamist articles by 29-year-old Rinat Khabibov under the general title “Submission of a Muslim to the orders of Allah.” Let us recall that for their publication R. Khabibov was convicted under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of religious hatred) in November of this year. Both articles have already been recognized as extremist .

• the editors of the online publication "Newsland.ru" for distributing on the Internet at the address: http://www.newsland.ru/news/detail/id/1069669/ a fragment of the film "The Innocence of Muslims", recognized by the court as extremist material.

Let us recall that the film “The Innocence of Muslims” was recognized as extremist by the decision of the Tverskoy District Court of Moscow on October 1, 2012.
