The case against the Norilsk right-wing radical
On December 16, 2012, in Norilsk, the home of Nikolai Babushkin, a local right-wing radical, the administrator of the Russian March 2012 group in the VKontakte network, was searched.
In relation to Babushkin, a criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 282 (inciting national hatred) for posting nationalist materials in "Odnoklassniki".
The court sentenced him to 6 months of hard labor. The activist was included in the list of terrorists and extremists Rosfinmonitoring, and his bank accounts are blocked.
