January 16, 2013 at Magistrate's Court of the judicial district in the city of Davlekanovo and Davlekanovsky district (Bashkortostan) a criminal case was transferred under Part 1 of Art. 282.2 Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (organization activities of an extremist organization) and Part 2 Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (participation in extremist activities organizations), raised against the Urals Delmukhametov (40 years old) and Rinat Zarbeev (40 years old).

According to investigation, the men with previous convictions were the organizers of “one of the cells” of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Davlekanov, held classes with believers Muslims in order to involve them in the activities of the cell ”, as well as “ between the beginning of 2009 and October 2011 carried out covert anti-Russian, anti-constitutional activities in the form of propaganda among the population, persuading the inhabitants of Ufa to participate in a criminal organizations, influencing their religious feelings "and distributed extremist literature.

The defendants pleaded not guilty.

We we assume that U. Delmukhametov and R. Zarbeev could be among those convicted in September 2008 year on that same article.
