On January 15, 2013, a court in the Perm Territory sentenced a resident of the Vereshchaginsky District who posted an anti-Semitic video on his page in one of the social networks. The 28-year-old man was convicted under Art. 20.29 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (mass dissemination of extremist materials included in the published federal list of extremist materials).
He was fined 1,000 rubles.
The video was discovered by law enforcement officers on the page of the convict on the social network and " contained negative information about the representatives of the Jewish people. This film was filmed during the Third Reich in Germany by order of Joseph Goebbels and revealed the views of the Nazis on the nature of Judaism and the representatives of the Jewish population " (probably we are talking about the film "Jew Zyus", filmed by director Veit Harlan in 1940 - ed .).
