Tesak was banned from entering Latvia

On January 17, 2013, the media wrote that the Latvian authorities had banned Russian nationalist Maxim Martsinkevich (Tesak) from entering. This was reported by the security police of the country. The reasons for the refusal are unknown. Tesak planned to hold a seminar in Riga.

Recall that M. Martsinkevich previously headed the Format-18 interregional public association, which was recognized as extremist by the decision of the Moscow City Court of December 20, 2010 and dealt with production and sale of videos with scenes of torture by Nazi skinheads homeless people and Asian guest workers. Tesak was convicted in 2008 for a nationalist provocation at the Bilingua club in February 2007. In 2009, he became a defendant in the second criminal case on placement in online video of the hanging of a "Tajik drug dealer".
