Voronezh: fine for publishing prohibited materials on a social network

In January 2013, the Leninsky District Court of the city of Voronezh considered administrative case under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (dissemination of extremist materials).

The accused in the case was a 19-year-old resident of Belgorod - a student of one of Voronezh universities, who was accused of publishing several prohibited materials.

Unfortunately, what exactly the young man published was not reported.

The court fined the student 1,200 rubles for each posted prohibited material into the network. In total, he will have to pay 12 thousand rubles.
