Kaluga region: fine for publishing banned songs of the neo-Nazi group “Kolovrat”

In January 2013, the justice of the peace of court district No. 30 Kozelsky district of the Kaluga region considered an administrative case under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (distribution extremist materials) launched against a local resident Denis Mironov.

The young man was accused of publishing on his page in one of the social networks several banned neo-Nazi songs group "Kolovrat".

The judge found the young man guilty and fined him.
