Fine for the video "Russia 88" on the VKontakte network

On January 22, 2013, the Remontnensky District Court of the Rostov Region announced that it had sentenced a resident of the village of Zavetnoye for posting the video “Russia 88” on his personal page on the VKontakte social network on August 9, 2011. A fine of 1000 rubles was imposed.

This video was included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials by the decision of the Leninsky District Court of the city of Kemerovo dated January 30, 2012.

The case was initiated on January 17, 2013 by the prosecutor of the Zavetinskiy district of the region.
