A case has been opened against a 15-year-old resident of Voronezh for distributing extremist materials.

January 24, 2013 it became known that in Voronezh, a case was initiated under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (production and distribution extremist materials) against a 15-year-old student of a local technical school, the girl was put on a preventive record in the city police unit for affairs of minors. According to law enforcement agencies, the student posted on her page on the social network a song calling for violent actions against the police, and such materials, from their point of view, "equate to the extremists.

It should be noted that extremist materials include materials recognized as such by the court, liability under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses is provided for in in case of dissemination of extremist materials included in the Federal List extremist materials. Thus, if in this case we are talking about song that is not included in the Federal List, the case was illegally initiated. Note also that liability under the articles of the Administrative Code arises according to reaching the age of 16.
