Anti-Semitic article recognized as extremist in Kostroma
On January 25, 2013, the Sverdlovsk District Court of the city of Kostroma recognized the article “The rape and murder of a three-year-old girl according to the canons of Judaism” as extremist.
The article was discovered by the prosecutor's office of the Kostroma region on the Internet. According to the conclusion of the examination, " in the text of the article there are negative assessments of peoples other than the Jewish, expressed with the help of pseudo-quotes from unknown religious texts. There are statements according to which the Jewish people are allegedly attributed the desire to commit criminal acts against representatives of other peoples, pseudo-conclusions about the exclusivity and dominance of the Jewish ethnos. The author of this article in the text reveals the idea of the hostile intentions of the Jewish people in relation to representatives of other peoples and confessions ".
Based on the results of the check, the regional prosecutor sent an application to the court for the recognition of this material as extremist.
