FAS canceled the decision to transfer the relics of Suzdal saints to the Federal Property Management Agency

January 24, 2013 Federal arbitration court (FAS) The Volga-Vyatka District canceled the decision of the Arbitration Court of the Vladimir Region and resolution of the First Arbitration Court of Appeal in the case of the seizure by the Federal Property Management Agency of the relics of St. Euphemia and Euphrosyne of Suzdal, kept by the Russian Orthodox Autonomous Church (ROAC).

We recall that, according to the decision of the Arbitration Court, issued in May 2012, ROAC and its Suzdal diocese were supposed to transfer the indicated relics Territorial Administration of the Federal Property Management Agency for the Vladimir Region as "objects cultural heritage". In September 2012, the Appellate the court upheld this decision.
