Two residents of the city of Bui were fined for publishing prohibited materials

In January 2013 in the city of Bui, Kostroma Region, the world The court considered two administrative cases under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (distribution extremist materials included in the Federal List of Extremist materials).

The first case was brought against a young man who posted a banned audio recording on his page on the social network VKontakte "Kwt-Hero and R.O.A." (song of the neo-Nazi group "Kolovrat" "Heroes of R.O.A", p. 1240 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials ).

The second case was brought against another young a person who posted a racist film on the same social network VKontakte " Eternal Jew " (item 5 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials ).

Both young men were found guilty and sentenced to fines.
