In Grozny, a case of distribution of prohibited literature was brought to court

February 7, 2013 year, the prosecutor's office of the Chechen Republic reported that on January 29, 2013 in Grozny on the territory of the shopping center "Berkat" was found and more than 50 copies of Muslim religious writings included in the Federal list of extremist materials. According to law enforcement organs, literature was stored on the territory of the shopping center for the purpose of further implementation. The prosecutor's office of the Leninsky district of Grozny initiated and sent to the world court case under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (production and distribution of extremist materials) in relation to four individual entrepreneurs.

We We assume that a significant part of the confiscated books is illegally prohibited literature. In addition, it is not known whether the owners kept this relatively small number of books for the purpose of further distribution. Recall that under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, possession of extremist materials "for the purpose of mass distribution".
