Two administrative cases regarding the distribution of prohibited materials in the Voronezh region

In February 2013, in the Voronezh region, a two administrative cases under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (mass distribution extremist materials).

The first case was initiated against a 22-year-old resident of Voronezh, who was accused of posting on his page on the social network VKontakte audio recording of a song listed on the Federal List of Extremist Materials. TO Unfortunately, it is not reported which song in question. The court fined young man for 1000 rubles.

The second administrative case was initiated against the 44-year-old a resident of the city of Rossosh, who was accused of posting in one of social networks, the song of the neo-Nazi group "Kolovrat", also included in Federal list of extremist materials. The man was also fined.
