Suspect of publishing anti-Semitic and anti-Caucasian photographs detained in Murmansk

On February 12, 2013, employees of the Center "E" of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Murmansk region reported that they had found on the Internet a personal page of a 30-year-old resident of the city of Kola, "on which he posted information testifying to his ultra-right views and actively disseminated information aimed at inciting hatred and enmity on the grounds of nationality, language, origin .

The suspect posted anti-Caucasian and anti-Semitic photographs in the Slavic North group for free access on the VKontakte social network.

With respect to the suspect, a measure of restraint in the form of a written undertaking not to leave was chosen.
