To whom is the performance of President Vladimir Putin on Lubyanka addressed

Putin performs at the expanded college of the FSB February 14, 2013.
On February 14, Vladimir Putin spoke at the College of the FSB of Russia. The faithful son of state security, he himself came to his father’s house to tell the guards of the regime, how important their work is, how its power appreciates and how wonderful our country will return to the glorious Soviet past. The latter was not said in open text, but was easily guessed by the stylistics of the performance, set tasks and hidden Soviet formulations.
As the NKVD -KGB once looked for politically disloyal and accused them of terrorism and sabotage, and today Lieutenant Colonel Putin gives the Chekists to a political opposition: “The direct connection of extremist and terrorist groups is obvious. Therefore, when neutralizing various kinds of extremist structures, it is necessary to act as decisively as possible, block the attempts of radicals to use the possibilities of modern information technologies, Internet resources, social networks for their promotion. ”
Extremists in Putin terminology - these are, one must understand those who leave unpleasant reviews about the current Russian government on the Internet; Radicals are those who go to anti -government rallies. It does not matter that there are tens and hundreds of thousands-in the glorious 30s were riveted into millions.
What can a Chekist be said to a Chekist? What is usually. What they always said in the days of Soviet power. The country in the ring of enemies, inside the country "Fifth Column", the enemy does not doze off, and the predatory tentacles of imperialism strive to strangle our glorious Fatherland, recruiting Western hires with Western money. Here she, pushing the rhetoric, pulled out by Putin, pulled out by Putin on Lubyanka and only slightly corrected in comparison with the samples of 1937: “/ .../ no one has a monopoly on the right to speak on behalf of the entire Russian society, especially among the structures, controlled and funded from abroad, and therefore, inevitably serving other people's interests. Today, the procedure for the activities of NPOs in Russia has been established, including concerns funding from abroad. These laws should be, of course, fulfilled. ”
Does anyone else doubt why a person who calls himself the President of Russia speaks of public organizations at a meeting of the highest leaders of state security? And what is behind his words: “No one has the right to sow hatred, to rock society and the country and thereby put a threat of life, the well -being, peace of millions of our citizens”? Old song: the party’s military detachment must protect society from the machinations of local and foreign pests. So that no one else doubts anything, Putin says in the forehead: "Any direct or indirect intervention in our internal affairs, any form of pressure on Russia, our allies and partners are unacceptable."
"
Vladimir Putin: “The constitutional right of citizens to freedom of speech is unshakable and inviolable, but at the same time no one has the right to sow hatred, rock society and the country, and thereby jeopardize life, well -being, and peace of millions of our citizens”
"
Thus, a clear goal has been set before today's state security: to curb the opposition and protect power from any pressure, even indirect. The arsenal of the means is traditional - to output greed, intimidate the fearful, isolate the stubborn.
Putin proposes to forget about the international obligations of Russia, for example, within the framework of the Council of Europe and the European Convention on Rights and Freedoms. It is likely to be a court in Strasbourg - after all, this is pressure on Russia, and it is unacceptable in any form! At least the Chekists, he unties his hands, blessing them on a crusade against political opposition and social activity.
It is difficult to judge the reaction of the FSB generals to the performance of Putin. It does not seem to be delighted. The applause was not interrupted. You can’t build stone chambers on the fight against the opposition. Is it so for an asterisk. However, Putin did not forget about the daily bread: “From January 1 of this year, the monetary contentment of the personnel grew by about 40%”, and last year “more than 11 thousand waiting list received the keys to new apartments”. What is not an incentive for the right service?
