The situation with Pekhtin, of course, is extremely sad, because it is clear that the apartment (in the USA - approx. Ed.) It is equally important that now in the State Duma there are hearings on a bill, which implies a ban for officials of category "A", as well as deputies, up to deputies of regional legislatures and security forces, for owning foreign accounts and foreign assets in promotions, bonds and securities. This implies that in fact, any acquisition of real estate abroad by our officials and deputies will be illegal - because they will not be able to pay in cash, they can not remove such an amount from the country, this will be a violation of the legislation on the import and export of values. And it will be impossible to pay through the Russian account. We will have to open a foreign account, but this also cannot be done. This situation will nationalize our elite.
