In Bashkiria there is a trial under Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation

February 19, 2013 it became known about the ongoing in the Kirov the Ufa Magistrate's Court considering the case of Aleksey Khamadeev and Rasim Sataev, accused under Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (organization of the activities of an extremist organizations).

The defendants were detained on April 6, 2011 after a rally against oppression of Muslims. According to investigators, they are involved in the activities Hizb ut-Tahrir.
