On February 26, 2013 it became known that Solntsevsky the inter-district investigative department of Moscow opened a criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 282 Criminal Code (inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation human dignity) in relation to Alexander Barefoot , a member of the Bureau of the Presidium of the Rodina party. According to lawyer Oksana Mikhalkina, the investigator's decision charges a member of Rodina's leadership with posting texts on social networks by the fictional network character Lev Sharansky , which contain calls to incite hatred against social groups " tolerists, experts, human rights activists and homophobes ." Bosykh's apartment was searched, a signature was taken from him about not leaving.
On February 27, 2013, information appeared that Bosykh was charged with three entries in his LiveJournal. The first of them belongs to the author of the magazine, it is a tendentious selection of criminal chronicles, called "once again - do not name the nationality of the criminal? Fuck with your tolerance !!!", which ends with the conclusion: "Our main enemy is tolerants and corrupt bureaucratic creatures" and thinly veiled calls for violence against the mentioned categories. Two more entries are reprints from other journals. One is under the heading "Shake hands and conscientiously! Homophobes must die", and in fact contains open calls for violence, the second is just a parody text from Lev Sharansky's blog, entitled Bosykh "Sharansky's commandments. Mandatory to overthrow the regime", which, on in our opinion, does not contain signs of extremism.
