The leader of the Krivichi club was sentenced in Irkutsk

In February 2013, the Sverdlovsk District Court of the city Irkutsk passed a verdict in the case of inciting ethnic hatred (part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

On the dock was the head of the youth club "Krivichi", 26-year-old Aleksey Kukhta, who was accused of publishing in social networks of racist pictures, photos, comments and poems. Reportedly that the materials were directed against Jews, immigrants from Asia and the countries of the North Caucasians, gypsies and blacks, and called for violence against them.

The court found the young man guilty and sentenced to 8 months of hard labor.

Recall that during searches in the apartment of the accused, they found stripes with Nazi symbols and extremist literature.

It is reported that earlier A. Kukhta already came into view law enforcement. He was detained during one of the youth festivals in Irkutsk a few years ago in a raincoat with " stripes reminiscent of fascist symbols ". Then the court fined him under Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (propaganda and public demonstration Nazi paraphernalia or symbols).
