"Horde" added to the Federal list of extremist organizations
In early March 2013, the Federal List of Extremist Organizations was updated on the official website of the Ministry of Justice (official title - List of public and religious associations, other non-profit organizations, in respect of which the court has accepted the entered into decision on liquidation or prohibition of activities on the grounds, provided for by the Federal Law "On countering extremist activities" ).
The list was added to paragraph 30:
- Religious association "Orda", located at the address: Chelyabinsk region, Kizilsky district, Izmailovsky settlement, per. Rechnoy, 34, apt. 2. Recognized as extremist by the decision of the Kizilsky District Court of the Chelyabinsk region dated 12/21/2012.
Recall that in July 2011 the organization "Orda", which is a follower of the religious public organization "Ata Zholy" ("The Path (Road) of the Ancestors"), was banned also in Ufa. In our opinion, the organization was illegally banned as extremist. In this case, there were grounds for banning it not on anti-extremist grounds.
