In the Altai Territory, a sentence was passed under Art. 280

In March 2013, the Soviet District Court of the Altai Territory delivered a verdict in the case of public calls for extremist activities (Part 1 Art. 280 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

Vyacheslav, a resident of Biysk, was in the dock Kiryanov, who was accused of posting videos, pictures and music on a social network that called for violence against "non-Slavs".

The court found the young man guilty and fined him 18 thousand rubles.
