On March 6, 2013, the Meshchansky District Court of Moscow sent a criminal case initiated on the fact of distribution of leaflets "Hizb ut-Tahrir" in Moscow.
As part of a criminal case under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting hatred or enmity) two natives of Tajikistan were arrested, who are accused in the distribution of leaflets (in particular, leaflets beginning with the words "Brother from Hizb ut-Tahrir was detained for calling in mosques”).
Probably one of them is Abdulkayum Makhsudov (born 1981), together with Abdurahim Toshmatov (1987 d.o.b.) detained on suspicion of distributing leaflets in the Cathedral Mosque on August 31, 2011. A. Toshmatov, native of Tajikistan, November 30, 2011 year was found guilty under Part 2 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (participation in activities extremist organization) and sentenced to 1 year in a colony-settlement.
Recall that February 5, 2013 completed investigation of a criminal case against a citizen of Tajikistan Nabidjon Bobodzhanov, accused of distributing leaflets in a Moscow mosque in Otradnoe. The case was transferred to the Butyrsky Court of Moscow.
