On March 4, 2013, the Nizhny Novgorod District Court upheld the petition of lawyers in the case of Antifa-RASH and stopped against the defendants legal proceedings according to part 2 of Art. 282.1 of the Criminal Code (participation in an extremist community), paragraph "b" part 2 tbsp. 115 and p. "b" part 2 of Art. 116 (respectively, deliberate infliction of minor bodily harm and beatings motivated by hatred or enmity in against a social group) due to the expiration of the statute of limitations. So Paul Krivonosov, Oleg Gembaruk and Dmitry Kolesov are now charged only under Part 2 of Art. 213 (hooliganism committed by an organized group of persons or related to resistance to a representative of authority). Recall that the trial started in Nizhny Novgorod in March 2012. In October, the Nizhny Novgorod District Court returned the Antifa-RASH case to prosecutor's office to eliminate violations that do not allow to consider the case on merits, but in December the Nizhny Novgorod Regional Court overturned that decision and re-sent the case to the Nizhny Novgorod District Court.

On November 26, 2013, it became known that the sentencing postponed until December 27, 2013.
