In March 2013, the investigation of the case was completed in Stavropol five neo-Nazis who are accused of committing three attacks on people with "non-Slavic appearance" and one murder.
Young people are charged with Part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code (hooliganism motivated by national hatred) and part 4 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code (causing grievous bodily harm resulting in the death of the victim).
All attacks were committed in late 2011-early 2012 in Stavropol. It is reported that the first victim was a Russian young man, who was mistaken by the attackers for a native of the Caucasus.
The case has already been referred to the court for consideration on the merits.
Separately, we note that the group included seven people, but the cases of two of them were previously were singled out in separate proceedings , since they did not participate in the attack, ending in murder.
