Administrative case for the video "Last interview of the Primorye partisans"

On March 26, 2013, it became known that a 42-year-old resident of the Kominternovsky district of Voronezh was brought to administrative responsibility under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (production and distribution of extremist materials) for posting on his page on the social network "VKontakte" a video clip "The last interview of Primorye partisans."

By decision of the court of Nizhny Novgorod, this recording was recognized as extremist and included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials.

The entry has been removed from the network. The offender admitted his guilt.
