The head of the Stavropol region proposed to involve the Cossacks in the fight against “sects”

April 1, 2013 Governor Stavropol Territory Valery Zerenkov during a meeting of the regional government proposed to involve the Cossacks in "anti-sectarian" activities.

“You know the people in your settlements, you know how and in what way they live, and they believe the Cossacks. Therefore, let's protect the region from dangerous exercises ,” the governor said.
