In April 2013 in Ryazan, the court considered an administrative case under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (production and distribution extremist materials).
The accused in the case was a 20-year-old local resident, who was accused of what he published on his page in the social network "VKontakte" banned song Timur Mutsuraev "Jerusalem" (another name is "O Allah, the World is shrouded in terrible mist!...”).
Recall that this and several other songs of the supporter of secession Chechnya from Russia, a participant in the first Chechen war on the part of the separatists T. Mutsuraev were banned on April 14, 2010 and have already included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials (p. 691).
The court found the young man guilty and fined him 1 thousand rubles.
