A case of racist materials on the VKontakte network has been brought to court in Barnaul

In April 2013, in the city of Barnaul, Altai Territory, there were completed the investigation of the case of inciting ethnic and religious hatred (part 1 of article 282 Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

A 23-year-old local will soon be in the dock resident who is accused of being from October 2009 to April 2012 systematically published racist pictures on the social network VKontakte and audio recordings.

It is reported that the published materials insulted and called for to violence against immigrants from Central Asia, the Caucasus and Transcaucasia, as well as blacks and Muslims.

The case has already been transferred to the Leninsky District Court of Barnaul for consideration on the merits.
