Syktyvkar: the investigation into the case of pornographic and anti-Semitic videos on the VKontakte network has been completed

In April 2013, in the city of Syktyvkar of the Komi Republic, completed the investigation of the case of inciting ethnic hatred (part 1 of article 282 of the Criminal Code) and distribution of pornographic materials (paragraph “b” of part 3 of article 242 of the Criminal Code).

A 30-year-old local will soon be in the dock resident who is accused of publishing in December 2012 on his page on the social network VKontakte an anti-Semitic video, and in October 2011 and March 2012 posted pornographic videos there.

The case has already been referred to the court for consideration on the merits.
