Neo-Nazi graffiti in Penza
April 3, 2013 in Penza there was an act of neo-Nazi vandalism.
It is reported that on the wall of one of residential buildings, public transport stop and the monument "Immortal feat of the Soviet people” appeared ultra-right graffiti calling for violence against one of the "non-Slavic" ethnic groups and a swastika.
The incident became known in May. 2013 from the news about the initiation of a criminal case.
