March 12, 2013 in Moscow in a non-state educational institution "Academy of Global and Regional Governance" an audit conducted by the prosecutor's office together with the Central Internal Affairs Directorate and the Federal Security Service of Russia in Moscow.
During the investigation, law enforcement officers found 75 copies of the book of the general Konstantin Petrov "Secrets of the management of mankind" , which was banned in 2008 and included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials (p. 1463).
It is reported that the rector was engaged in the distribution of the book, and did not keep it for personal use.
