Barnaul: the investigation into the case of xenophobic graffiti at the entrance has been completed

In April 2013, in the city of Barnaul, Altai Territory, there were Investigation of the case of inciting ethnic and religious hatred was completed (part 1 of article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

A local resident will soon be in the dock, whom he is accused of scribbling in the entrance of one of the residential buildings in November 2012 cities with neo-Nazi slogans calling for violence against "non-Slavs" and Muslims.

The case has already been transferred to the Central District Court of Barnaul for consideration on the merits.
