Headache remedy

Masha Alekhina is a headache of the camp authorities. Apparently, they want to get rid of her so that the prosecutor's office of the Perm Territory was connected to this case. Now the prosecutor’s office is misleading the public, arguing that "a re -transfer to a safe place in the same correctional institution is prohibited and is not provided for by current legislation."

This is again the case of the so-called lies. In the penitentiary legislation on the terms of maintenance in a safe place, nothing is said at all, and the rules of the internal routine of correctional institutions in paragraph 177 states that "in case of failure of the above measures to ensure the personal security of the convicted person (premises to a safe place.-A.P.), the head of the IU, on its transfer to another correctional institution in the prescribed manner."

The prosecutor’s office does not know on what basis she pretends to be in a safe place, Maria Alekhina continued to threaten danger. Meanwhile, from the moment she was divorced in various rooms with two provocateurs who staged a conflict after her arrival at the camp, she did not complain about the threats of her safety.

The camp administration felt a threat. She had to answer in court for the penalty illegally issued by Alekhina, she had to come to terms with visiting the colony to human rights activists, journalists and public representatives. They are not used to it. They always felt like full masters in their zone and never answered for anything. And in addition to everything, the court removed with Alekhina convicted by Alekhina, and even issued a private determination in relation to the colony on violations of the rule of law. There is something to say, to put it mildly, to be upset.

The desire of the prisoner to stay in the previous colony or to transfer to the new camp authorities is not interested. The prisoner is a slave, his fate is decided by the slave owner. No one will ask Alekhin whether she is now dangerous or not. But we know that Maria Alekhina objects to her transfer to another colony.

The situation is quite simple. The colony could not cope with its duties. It was not possible to intimidate Alekhin, to break her will and to get the repentance of the camp administration from her. It was not possible to reliably isolate Alekhin from the will and from other prisoners. She continues to influence them with the very fact of her resistance to camp arbitrariness. In fact, the administration suffered Fiasco, and the transfer of Alekhina to another colony will only confirm this. But of the two evils, the camp authorities chose the lesser: let it be better a complete failure than the continuation of this endless headache with the seal of the prisoner.

For Alekhina, a translation into a new colony will not become a disaster, but will create obvious difficulties. In this colony, she already took her place, defended her minimal rights and whether it was good, but settled down. The new colony is new problems. Or, most likely, the repetition of the old ones. Basically, prisoners do not like transferring to new places of imprisonment. Only those who, for some reason, dream of hiding from comrades in conclusion and camp rumors, are counting on this.

Alekhina has no such reasons. Other prisoners with whom she see every day in the learning process on the seamstress-monitor are good. This training will last another ten days, after which it will probably be transferred from a safe place to the detachment. She can spend the remaining year of imprisonment there without problems. But if the camp administration itself provokes a new conflict, and then, under the pretext of taking care of security, it will require transferring it to other places, then there is little to do. The prisoner is powerless and goes to where the convoy leads.

In addition to the usual difficulties awaiting each prisoner in a new place, Masha Alekhin can wait for specific troubles. New provocations can be taken against the rebellious convicted person - both in the new colony and during the stage. The latter is even more likely. We have already seen how two criminals were set to her, who "simply could not see her." In any transit prison, the opera other always has a sufficient supply of such scumbags.

Theoretically, Alekhin could be transferred to another female colony of the same camp administration - colony No. 32 in Perm. But this is unlikely to happen: prisoners are supreme, and the camp administration has significantly less opportunities than in the colony in Berezniki. The cops are unlikely to take a risk of translating Alekhin to "Denilov" - an explosive mixture can turn out.

The administration of colony No. 28 in Berezniki, in principle, could have a good way out: imagine Alekhin too and thus get rid of headache. But, firstly, the question of the parole of the defendants in the Pussy Riot case is decided not by the camp administration and not even the district court, and secondly, Maria Alekhina has not yet submitted a statement abouto. And, perhaps, it will not be served.
