In April 2013, the court satisfied the claim of Suzdalskaya inter-district prosecutor's office of the Vladimir region and recognized as extremist the book "The Main Special Operation ahead" of the leader of the All-Russian People's Militia named after Minin and Pozharsky (NOMP) retired GRU Colonel Vladimir Kvachkov.
The book is said to contain information aimed at to forcibly change the foundations of the constitutional order of Russia, and also it “ promotes the inferiority of citizens on the basis of their relationship to the national, social and political affiliation and degrades human dignity in connection with his belonging to a social group, as well as on the basis of nationality .
Recall that in February of this year, the Moscow City Court sentenced V. Kvachkov under part 1 of Art. 205.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (assistance to terrorist activities) and Part 3 of Art. 30 of the Criminal Code, Art. 279 Criminal Code (attempted armed rebellion) to 13 years in prison.
