Elektrostal: the case of the leader of the banned organization “Spiritual and Ancestral Power of Rus'” has been brought to court

In April 2013 in the city of Elektrostal, Moscow Region the investigation of the criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code (organization activities of a banned organization).

It is reported that the head of the banned in April 2011 of the organization "Spiritual and Tribal Power of Rus", who is accused that he continued to send out appeals on behalf of the organization, some of which was sent to various state authorities.

Apparently, we are talking about Oleg Popov, who calls himself as ataman Popov.

The case has already been referred to the Supreme Court.

Recall that the organization and its activists have become defendants more than once various criminal and civil cases.
