A criminal case against Tesak has been closed in Minsk

On March 15, 2013 it became known that the management of the UK in the city Minsk stopped criminal case under Part 3 of Art. 339 of the Criminal Code of Belarus (especially malicious hooliganism), launched against neo-Nazi Maxim Martsinkevich (Tesak) and two citizens of Belarus, born in 1974 and 1990.

During the preliminary investigation, a number of examinations were carried out. Injuries sustained by one of the victims are classified as " light bodily injury resulting in a short-term disorder health ". According to the experts, the three knives seized in the case were not recognized as edged weapons. And the metered aerosol device spray (means for self-defense) "Impact M2" " recognized as unsuitable for its intended use ."

The preliminary investigation was terminated "due to the lack of corpus delicti". The department emphasized that in relation to " persons, provoked the conflict , "from the criminal case, materials for bringing them to administrative responsibility.

Recall that M. Martsinkevich and two other neo-Nazis (one of whom - Sergei Korotkikh (Malyuta)), were detained in Minsk in February of this years for a fight with anti-fascists. Subsequently, Martsinkevich was allowed to return to Moscow, provided that he appeared on demand.
