April 22, 2013 Krasnoarmeisky District Court of Krasnodar region satisfied the claim of the prosecutor's office and recognized as extremist several anti-Semitic, anti-Caucasian and anti-police videos.

We are talking about the videos "Russian guys cut khachi", "White patrol in the train", "Khach on my knees", "Skins burn the hostel of the Chechens", "Format18- How to cook a Negro" and "Russians against the Caucasus."

It is reported that he posted the videos on his page on the social network "VKontakte" resident of the village of Staronizhesteblievskaya 18-year-old V. Taran. The case for 1 st. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting national and social hatred) was launched against him in August 2012.

In May, the case was dismissed due to the expiration of the criminal persecution.
