Poster congratulating Hitler in Voronezh

20 On April 2013, a poster appeared on the North Bridge in Voronezh with the inscription "Happy Birthday, Hitler!", A swastika and a portrait of A. Hitler. The poster was attached over an advertising banner.

A photo of congratulations was sent to the editorial office of the media anonymous. Media representatives painted over the swastika.
