Parents of Stavropol Muslim schoolchildren are trying to appeal the refusal to declare the introduction of school uniforms illegal
On April 22, 2013, lawyer Murad Musaev filed a complaint with the Supreme Court RF appeal against the decision of the Stavropol Regional Court, which upheld decision of the regional administration on the introduction of school uniforms.
The lawyer represents the interests of parents whose children are not allowed to attend school in Muslim clothing.
