Kemerovo: another fine for the “ABC of domestic terrorism” on a file-sharing network

In April 2013, the Leninsky District Court of the city of Kemerovo considered an administrative case under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (distribution extremist materials).

In the dock was a 44-year-old local resident, who was accused of publishing the book "The ABC of the Home" on the file-sharing network terrorism”, which was banned by the decision of the Central District Court Novokuznetsk August 7, 2009 (item 468 of the Federal List of Extremist materials).

The court found the defendant guilty and fined 1000 rubles.

Recall that a similar sentence was handed down in Kemerovo in February of this year for a similar offense.
